The man behind Salsa Cycles marketing, Mike “Kid” Riemer put together a fantastic video on the Arrowhead Ultra last year. Mike’s failed attempt in 2012 proved to be the motivation he needed to finish the race in 2013. Mike, Scott Jenson, and many others have stories of the Arrowhead and ‘the push’ of determination it takes to finish the 135 mile beast.
Racers will again line up this Saturday, many for a second and third time, and many with redemption on their mind. Thanks for putting this together Mike, and good luck to everyone this year.
