  1. Love the look of this, but max 38 tooth chainring? and the stiffness of a 30.9 seatpost?

Not as versatile as something like the Salsa Cutthroat, which seemingly takes a near-road sized chainset. Feel as though you’d need Baxter (off road/gravel) for Grand Divide and Routt 45 (road) for Trans Am/Trans Continental/Audax rides. Piggy bank unfortunately won’t stretch to both. Is there a one-Moots-fits-all?

Also, I want to be able to shred on downhill courses with it. Also, I want to ride BMX with it…not street, vert. Then I want to put on my Team Garmin jersey and ride 100 road miles in Florida.

Rolhoff compatible? And only in titanium??

  3. Outside of real road racing I cannot imagine needing bigger than a 38×10. That’s a huge 29er gear. At 36×14 I’m doing 18mph all day on a 29er.
