JayP’s Backyard Fat Pursuit Gear List

The JayP’s Backyard Fat Pursuit is in a few days and my last minute preparations are finally dialed in. Like I have said in the past I do these gear lists to help me out, but I hope they give others an idea of what to pack. I am in no way an expert at winter cycling or winter ultras. I think it’s very difficult to get ready for cold weather rides like the Fat Pursuit, mainly because there are so many changing factors. Snow, temperatures, wind, and trail conditions can all play a huge part. My rule has always been – be ready for anything and expect the worst.
